Class Instructor

In 1996, I took my first spin class and became hooked on group fitness. Shortly after that first class, I got certified in Reebok Cycle. Over the next few years, I completed my AFAA group fitness and weight room training certifications. I continued to further my training by completing my 200 hour RYT yoga certification. After teaching for several years, I was afforded the opportunity to complete the Les Mills Bodypump training. One certification from Les Mills did not satiate my appetite, so I completed Les Mills Bodycombat and Les Mills RPM. In 2014, I decided I had put off getting a step certification for long enough, so I completed the AFAA Step certification as well as Tabata Bootcamp. I continue to teach many of these formats and love what I do. The members are so appreciative and keep coming back for more… so I keep going!
